Every change

The engine that makes waiting fair.

Apno’s queue is not first-come chaos or VIP favours. It follows a fixed, transparent order, fills gaps automatically, and logs every move — so patients trust the line and staff stop refereeing it.

How fairness works

Six rules that hold the line.

Presence beats the clock

Real position is set at check-in. Early arrivers move ahead of later-booked absent patients.

The doctor never waits

The system always calls whoever is present — it never stalls the room on a no-show.

No-shows don’t block

The line moves automatically and every waiting patient watches their number drop, live.

Fair online / walk-in split

A configurable 70:30 mix so neither booked patients nor walk-ins are ever starved.

Priority, with reason

Emergencies and seniors / pregnant / disabled are prioritised — by rule, not by influence.

Full audit log

Every reorder is recorded, so the queue is provably fair and can’t be quietly manipulated.

The resolve order

Every queue resolves the same way.

And every reorder is logged — so the line can’t be quietly manipulated.
